Acrolinx solutions have been very well received with the users in documentation departments but finding the budget owners and bringing them into the dialogue continued to be a challenge. In order to bridge the gap between great technology and the market, both R&D and marketing had to be enabled to articulate the value of the offering, both internally and externally.

Additionally, after a successful entry into the North American market, acrolinx looked to accelerate their growth by scaling its sales organization and developing a local marketing strategy so far away from their headquarters in Germany.

  • Created a Product Management role.
  • Developed buyer personas for marketing and sales.
  • Developed user personas for product management and R&D.
  • Improved published roadmaps both in quality and accuracy.
