We have been in your position of building or running a business many times, which has led to a deep rooted passion for blending the strategic and operational aspects of building a company.  We view ourselves as team members to the entrepreneurs we serve.

Who You Are

Your courage to start a company earns our respect, and we enjoy getting to know you. We always work directly with you, and to us, the structure of your business is less important than your vision and the people on your team. Ideally, you have had some initial success and want your organization to take the next step. We typically work with companies smaller than 100 people and where the founder is still involved.

What We Do

Building and growing a business is one of the most exciting times in your life. We have done it, and we know that each step in the growth process comes with great new opportunities as well as a few challenges. Our engagement with you could range from being your mentor all the way to serving as your right hand person covering a full set of services from go-to-market, to innovation, to operations, all with strategy at the core.

How Does It Work

We believe great ideas should be supported. If your vision is strong but the time isn’t right, we’ll buy you coffee and discuss your dream. Once the time is right, we’re sure you’ll remember that coffee. Depending on the relationship, we can be flexible on compensation, which can range from all cash to all equity, or somewhere in between. In the end, we’re entrepreneurs too, and want to see you succeed.
