With that I come to an interesting conclusion. While being a world traveler myself, the best place to build your company might be close to home. You know your environment, you know the rules and you know your customers. Which supports my deeper belief that you should only build a company if you really care for it. There is nothing wrong joining a startup early and being the #2 or #3 in a business. But if you are starting a company, the place to start is with the entrepreneurial spirit. Once you turn that into commercial success, you can expand, move or relocate at anytime, as that entrepreneurial spirit is not bound to a location or system.
